Mr. Riley was adopted as of May 9th 2003, by the best Mom in the whole world. His Mom actually came all the way from Oklahoma a few weeks before adopting him just to visit, then she bought a new car so his trip home would be comfortable and on the day she left Oklahoma she had to dodge tornados!!!!!
